Returns & Refund

Here at tokichoi, we strive to keep our customers happy! However, some parcels may slip under our quality control and end up in the wrong places or are just not up to standard. If you’ve received a wrong or defective item, you may request for a refund by dropping us an email at contact@tokichoi.com.tw and we will be happy to help you!

And if you’ve changed your mind after receiving your item or realised you’ve ordered the wrong size, you can also return it! Please note that tokichoi has a 14-day return policy upon receipt of order by the customer.

 

Please look through the following for the nitty-gritty and check if your item is applicable for our returns and refund policy:

 

Unable to fit / Ordered wrong size / Change of mind

Did you get something that doesn’t fit or are having second thoughts after seeing the item? Fret not, because we've got you covered!

We accept returns as long as your item is:

-    Not on final sale*

-    Has tags intact and unaltered

-    Unwashed and unworn

*Final sale items will be listed in a Final Sale page (eg. Final Sale: 50% Off Selected Items)

 

Once your item(s) meets the criteria above, contact us to return them within 14 days from the date of receipt and we will do a full refund for you with store credits equivalent to the amount you paid for your item(s). The store credits refunded to your account will be valid for 3 months. However, please note that the shipping fees for the return will not be covered by tokichoi!

To avoid ordering a wrong size though, we highly encourage you to check our individual product measurement page before purchasing. If you are still unsure over sizing, feel free to contact us and our friendly customer service representative will advise you.

 

Defective Item Received

tokichoi is fully committed to providing you with quality apparels and good service. If you’ve received a defective* item, please accept our sincere apologies and we’ll provide a full refund as soon as possible!

Please contact us within 14 days with photos of:

-   The defected area for verification
-   Both the front and back of the washing label
-   Merchandise with all tags attached and the plastic with the SKU barcode on the side

*Attributes such as measurement variations between 2cm to 3cm as a result of mass manufacturing, loose threads, stains that make up less than 10% of item area, colour variance, due to differing monitor resolutions, and difference in prints as a result of manufacturing process will not be considered as defects.

 

Wrong Item / Colour / Size Received

We are so sorry over our careless error! Please attach a snapshot of the incorrect item received and we process an immediate refund for you.

 

Missing Item

Oops, our bad! Please let us know via email of any missing apparels and we will check with our logistics provider and get back to you the soonest.

 

Returning of Intimate Wear

Unfortunately, due to the intimate nature of these items, we are unable to accept any intimate wear, including, but not limited to socks, leggings, swimwear, bandeaus and bralettes.

Please note that tokichoi reserves the right to reject approved returns if you are unable to respond within reasonable period, i.e. to reply within 3 workings days after we have responded to your message and to provide any supporting documents (if any) within 7 working days. We kindly ask for your patience as refunds will take around 7 business days to process.
